Arrival & Departure

On arrival day your apartment or room is ready for you from 03:00 pm.
On departure day, you may stay in your apartment or room until 10:00 am.

In order to minimise your costs in the event of cancellation, we work closely with the European Travel Cancellation Insurance as a partner and advise you to take out insurance.

Cancellation conditions

up to 3 months before the arrival day, one can cancel the holiday without a cancellation fee being charged
should one cancel at a later stage then a cancellation fee will be charged:
- up to 3 - 1 month before the arrival day 40% of the entire accommodation price
- up to 1 month - 1 week before the arrival day 70% of the entire accommodation price
- in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the entire accommodation price

The Austrian Hotel Contract Regulations are binding.

Down payment / means of payment

The binding reservation of your booking follows as soon as we have received your down payment of 30% from the price for the apartment or double room.
